Roof Truss Damage Caused by Homeowner (Video)

Roof truss systems cannot be modified without compromising the structural integrity of the member. Damaged and cut trusses are often found by our Nashville Home Inspectors during inspections. Any modification should be properly repaired in accordance to the manufacture of the truss or a qualified structural engineer.
