3. A confirmation e-mail will be sent within minutes after the on-line scheduling process is complete. In addition a “reminder” e-mail will be sent the day before with an estimate of the time required to complete the inspection.
4. The inspection usually takes about 1.5 to 4 hours depending on the size, complexity, age and condition of the property.
5. We are authorized to access properties via SentriCard keypad.. If a conflict should arise at the appointed time, we are able to begin the inspection without delay.
6. Upon completion, we present a slide show featuring digital photos providing visual documentation of our findings. This will all be consolidated into a 35 page full-color report you receive within 24 hours.
