101 DALMATIANS THE MUSICAL is an experience for the entire family about what it means to be a family, canine and courageous. More than a simple story about good versus bad, the family bands together to overcome every hurdle and hardship in the most difficult times.

Led by the creative team of Jerry Zaks (La Cage Auz Folles, Smokey Joe’s Cafe, Everybody Loves Raymond), B.T. McNicholl (Spamalot, Billy Elliot, Cabaret) and Dennis DeYoung (founding member of the rock group Styx, The Hunchback of Notre Dame), 101 DALMATIANS THE MUSICAL will transport audiences to a slightly topsy-turvy, exciting, and altogether fantastic reality that gives grand license for song, dance and spectacle in a one-of-a-kind show that will leave everyone cheering.

Bill and Kimpy,

Thank you so much for providing us with such a wonderful home inspection experience. You were both so thorough, and we appreciated the time you took making sure everything was good to go on our new house. It was so helpful to be able to see the pictures at the end of the inspection with all the things you found, and then to have the report emailed to us the same day. You were not only professional, but very personable and friendly as well. We will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of your services. Thank you again!

Franklin TN Locates Leaking Water Heater

December 31, 2009 by Bill Collins

Water heaters should be inspected often for leaks and corrosion around the plumbing pipes, TPR Valve, and the lower drain valve. Leaking water heaters can corrode the outside of the heater as well as damage the electrical fitting causing an unsafe condition.

Nashville TN, Missing Attic Insulation

December 23, 2009 by Bill Collins

Why should new homes be inspected? Attic insulation was found missing over the living room in a hard to get area in the attic. The entire ceiling was found exposed which would have cost the new home owner tons of money in their heating and cooling bill. Attic insulation should be at a minimum depth of 10″ though out the attic floor.

Franklin TN Inspector Finds Poorly Installed Foundation Piers

December 16, 2009 by Bill Collins

The purpose of foundation piers are to help transfer the weight of a structure to the earth. Improperly installed piers can cause settlement to the walls and floor structure as well as cracks in the sheetrock walls. They can also be responible for interior doors that are difficult to open and close.

Masonry Foundation Piers should be placed on dug out and poured concrete footings. Any shims placed on top of the piers should be either 2×6 treated lumber or 4×4 inch thin metal shims designed for this application.

Home Inspector Locates Roof Leak Nashville TN

December 15, 2009 by Bill Collins

Roof leaks are often found where objects such as roof plumbing stack pipe protrude through the roof. The rubber boots, or flashing, that surrounds the pipe typically last approximately 7 to 10 years before they start to dry rot and decay. The rubber boots should be inspected anually and replaced if needed.
