New Home Warranty

Many newly constructed homes come with a one year warranty. If your warranty is about to expire, a thorough inspection will locate pinpoint issues that were overlooked during construction or that have occurred since it has been occupied. If these are not found and corrected, the repairs could be costly if the problem gets worse. We will inspect and document all visible defects and warranty related concerns so the home owner can bring to the builder’s attention and have repaired while the warranty is in effect.
