Pre-Listing

A pre-listing inspection is designed to provider the seller the opportunity to identify and address any issues that may affect the value or sale of the property. In most instances the potential buyer will order an inspection as part of their due diligence. A pre-listing inspection gives the seller the opportunity to make the repairs in advance to avoid the seller from re-negotiating the purchase price or totally walk away from the purchase.
